Over 36
locations at county Extension offices and college campuses in WA and ID have offered or are currently offering Cultivating Success™ courses.

2554 students have attended at least one Cultivating Success™ course. 

97 instructors have been trained to offer courses.

80% of these students are farmers, ranchers,
or agricultural professionals.

98% of student survey respondents rated the Cultivating Success™ Program as effective in potentially increasing the number and success of small acreage farmers.

90% of student survey respondents have participated in additional educational programs such as farm tours, conferences, workshops, or have joined a small farm organization as a result of taking a Cultivating Success™ course.

90% of students in Agricultural Entrepreneurship – completed a business plan.

464 Latino and Hmong immigrant farmers have attended courses adapted to their language, culture and needs.

Since December 2007, 53 instructors and farmers have gone through  program training to be instructors or farmer-mentors.

8 farmers are currently certified to host on-farm mentorship and internship activities in Idaho and Washington. Three farmer sites are under development for hosting on-farm learning.
