CS Management Team

  Kristen has served on the Cultivating Success Leadership Team since 2007.  Her main role has been focused on program evaluation. She currently works as the Sustainable Agriculture Education Coordinator at Washington State University where she manages a three-state collaborative Food and Agricultural Systems Education Project. She also serves as the Sustainable Agriculture Program Associate at the University of Idaho where she implements Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education programming. 

Previously she was employed at Rural Roots which is regional non-profit food and farming organization based in Moscow, Idaho. She coordinated food safety, direct marketing and legal liability educational programming at Rural Roots. Her related experience includes co-managing the Palouse Food Project which is a WSU campus-community initiative that focuses on hunger, food security, nutrition and growing organic produce for those in need in the Palouse area.
  Prior to living in the Northwest she worked for a non-profit organization that provided early intervention services for developmentally delayed pre-school children in Philadelphia, PA. 

Kristen received her Master’s degree in Education from Washington State University.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of South Florida.
