In Field Course Dates:
March 8-15, 2008

This course will emphasize field analyses of several examples of each of several different agricultural businesses, with a focus on understanding the systems and the concept of sustainability.  After initial readings, we will meet in person visiting farms, processing facilities, and marketing venues, with evening discussions and activities.
