CS Management Team

Theresa Beaver is the Coordinator for Cultivating Success. This position brings together many elements of her professional and personal experience. She is an entrepreneur at heart and her own business ventures gave her an understanding of what the small farmer/businessperson is faced with.  For several years she raised composting worms, perennial plants, herbs, pesto and cut flowers in her backyard and sold them at the Moscow Farmer’s Market. 

In January of 2006 Theresa relocated to Port Townsend, WA, and now wears the hat of Food and Farm Coordinator for Jefferson County Extension.
