CS Management Team

Ariel Agenbroad has been involved with Cultivating Success since 2003, putting her experience in graphic design and publishing to work building a “look” for the Cultivating Success program marketing materials and website, designing handbooks for Small Acreage Farming and Ranching Overview (SSAFRO) Course and assisting with courses.

She has a teaching degree in  Agriculture, and is currently working on a Master's degree in Plant Science at the University of Idaho, and has completed several Cultivating Success courses at the University of Idaho and Washington State University.

Until August 2007, she held a position as program coordinator with Rural Roots with a focus on Cultivating Success and the program evaluation process, working with survey results to create more and better opportunities for on-farm learning experiences, on and off campus, for students and experienced farmers.  She also worked on the UI campus as well, growing the University Organic Farms into model sites for experiential education.

Ariel is currently an Extension Educator in Canyon County, Idaho with an emphasis on home and commercial horticulture and small farms.
